Recruiting: Evans and Wallace Choose PSU

A.J. Wallace, the top cornerback recruit in the nation according to, from Pomfret, Maryland and Maurice Evans, the fourth best strongside defensive end according to, from Middle Village, New York, announced their commitments to Penn State together at halftime of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio on Saturday. Both players continue Penn State's tremendous recruiting success this season that has now positioned the Lions to land one of the top classes in the country. Both Wallace and Evans are going to contribute right away as freshmen. Penn State coaches have already told Wallace that he will be used like Justin King was as a freshmen and will play both sides of the ball.
